All dives take place within zero decompression time limits with an additional safety stop for 3-5 minutes at a depth of 5 metres. A marker pole is located at 5 m to facilitate this obligatory safety stop, and access to the diving boat is easy via a safe and steady ladder. All boats and vehicles Boats and Busses  run by MERO DIVING are equipped with emergency telephones, several DAN rescue equipment bags with plenty of oxygen supply, first ais and medically trained staff, radio and mobile phones, fire extinguishers, etc. The safety concept is completed by a fully functional chain of rescue facilities including the modern decompression chamber from the Sub Med compay  MEDISUB. Your general well-being and holiday mood is catered for by music on board.
DAILY DIVES Dives from the boat and in the bay take place at 10.00h and 15.00h, sharp! registered divers are requested to arrive 30 minutes in advance, NON registered divers please arrive 45 min. before departing, time enough to fill all necessary documents and sort out your gear.

LICENCIA DE BUCEO Each diver needs a "Licencia de Buceo"  (a kind of diving permit) issued by the PDIA (Professional Diving Instructor Association). This includes the use of such facilities as 24-hour access to the decompression chamber and in an emergency first aid measures in the modern decompression chamber system  from  MEDISUB (decompression insurance is required by spanish law(O.M. 14.10.1997  Art. 25).
One-year licence costing 18 € will be charged at the Dive Center. A licence for one year costs only 10 Euro if you have your own diving insurance like DAN, VDST-Hotline, etc. (proof of valid insurance must be presented). For single dives only, a one-day licence can be issued at a cost of 6 € /day.

The cost of issuing any diving certificate (international card) of the diving association is 38 € and will be charged on site after the course has been successfully completed.

ESSENTIALS: For all  already certified divers please notice which documents you require to apply for diving with us: Passport or identity card, diving certificate, log book, diver’s medical certificate (max. 2 years old) and diving insurance
